Once the client is created and a Benchmark range has been set, we can generate a fully defensible reasonable compensation report.

Step 3: Revise and Lock a Report

Once a report is ready to be submitted, we will Finalize the report. Reports are editable for up to 30 days and can be Finalized at any time during this period.
